Non- Comedogenic cosmetics- What to look out for

While the market is flooded with cosmetics of different types, a specific subset of cosmetics addresses the most dreaded problem of all - Acne.  This subset of cosmetics which are meant for " acne- prone" or " oily skin" are labelled " Non- Comedogenic " by the manufacturers.

But are they really??
